If you’re considering working with Crispin Rhodes, here’s a quick look at what to expect after your very first phone call or email to us.

Step 1: No Obligation Consultation

You’ll have a brief conversation with one of our HR team who will help you understand your problem and the potential avenues you can explore. This advice is completely free of charge and there’s never any obligation to join us as a Client. And, as every one of our HR team is an experienced, Senior HR Manager you can be sure you’ll get the right advice from the first person you speak to.

Step 2: Scope Your Project (if needed)

If you’re looking for help with an HR Project we’ll complete a comprehensive brief detailing the challenges, potential solutions and expected costs of delivering the project. This is done for a fixed, transparent fee so you can be sure there’s never any hidden surprises in store.

Step 3: Design The Solution

One of our HR team will work with you to create a bespoke package of support and services tailored to your specific needs. We’ll give you a clear breakdown of the services, costs and commitments (if any) so you can make a confident decision about working with us. And, as all of our packages are truly bespoke, you can be sure you won’t be paying for the “bloat” that many pre-packaged HR services include.

Step 4: Achieve Compliance

Once you choose to work with us, we’ll coordinate all of the partners and suppliers involved in your package to make sure that getting your HR up to speed or delivering your project is completely hassle free.

Step 5: Help You Be Proactive

Lastly, and with your HR fully compliant, we’ll help you find easy ways to tackle HR in a proactive way – reducing the risk of future HR headaches and making you less reliant on outside help and support in the future.
