The best time to solve an HR problem is before it happens. That way you not only avoid the upset many HR issues cause in a business, you reduce the need for (and cost of!) outside help to resolve it.

Every month we run a series of real-world and online workshops and training sessions to help owners and managers take a proactive approach to their HR. And best of all, they’re available for free to all our HR Retainer clients.

You can find an up-to-date list of the workshops we have in the pipeline on our Eventbrite page, where we cover subjects including –

  • Investigations
  • Disciplinary and Grievance
  • Performance Management
  • Absence Management
  • Family friendly policies
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Equality & Diversity
  • Employee Wellbeing
  • Effective Reward Packages
  • …and many more!

Additionally, we run several courses in conjunction with outside partners covering topics as diverse as mental health first aid and mindfulness. Many of these are subsidised for HR Retainer clients, and a great way to develop specialist knowledge and skills in your team.

Be sure to visit all of our events on the HR Solutions events page for a list of all upcoming courses, and contact us with any questions. We’re always happy to help!
