Over 22 years we’ve learned a lot about what it takes to deliver a successful HR project – and in a way that’s as hassle free and budget friendly as possible.

From a helping hand with recruitment through to complex redundancies or TUPEs, we’ve helped businesses plan, deliver and – most importantly – get successful outcomes from their HR projects for over 22 years.

Here are a few of the projects types we can help with:

  • Redundancy
  • TUPE
  • Reorganisations & Restructures
  • Recruitment & Assessment
  • Developing HR Tools
  • Skills Appraisals & Training

What’s more, we understand how time-consuming and expensive projects can become. So we’ve made it easy for you to understand the implications of the project you have in mind.

Stage One: Discovery

The first thing we’ll do is work with you to fully scope the project and set accurate expectations of costs. Whilst there’s no planning for the unexpected, we’ve found taking the time to properly plan the project at the outset not only helps manage costs, but goes a long way to giving you the peace of mind you need.

Stage Two: Explore Alternatives

With complex projects, we often find we’re able to suggest less stressful and/or cheaper alternatives to our Clients. For example, when considering making redundancies we’ve instead been able to slightly reduce the working hours of the entire workforce – making the same savings but avoiding any painful job losses. We’ll work with you to make sure you have every option available to you.

Stage Three: A Transparent Plan

Lastly, before we ask you to commit to working with us on your project, we’ll give you a complete breakdown of the plan we’re proposing and the costs we’re forecasting. That way there’s never any nasty surprises waiting midway through the project.

If you’re tackling an HR Project, or even just want to know what options you have, talk to us. We’re always happy to have an initial, no obligation chat through your options and likely costs and timelines.
