End to Exclusivity Clauses in Zero Hours Contracts

Legislation has been introduced on 26th May, 2015 preventing employers from using exclusivity clauses in zero hours contracts. This change means that any clause in zero hours contracts which requires employees to work exclusively for one Company is no longer valid.
