Hi,

The summer holidays are over, the children are back to school and we hope you are feeling suitably refreshed and rejuvenated despite the ghastly weather during August. As the temperatures drop and the nights start to draw in, the ever-changing world of employment legislation continues to do just that!

In this e-bulletin, there’s a reminder of the National Minimum Wage increase from 1st October, clarification from the Employment Appeal Tribunal on how to handle holiday entitlement during long-term sick leave, new guidance from ACAS on the introduction of social media policies, news on the next charity event to be supported by Crispin Rhodes and a story at the end that you just have to read!

And, as ever, your feedback is always appreciated so please do let us know if there's anything else you would like to see in our e-Bulletin.

Kind regards,

The Crispin Rhodes Team
