The summer holidays are over, the children are back to school and we hope you are feeling suitably refreshed and rejuvenated despite the ghastly weather during August. As the temperatures drop and the nights start to draw in, the ever-changing world of employment legislation continues to do just that!

A reminder that the national minimum wage will increase from 1st October 2011. Also, don’t forget that the Government have issued guidelines on employers being named and shamed if they fail to pay the NMW to their employees!
