Hi,

Well, November is with us and there’s definitely a winter chill in the air!

Lots of changes in employment legislation have hit the headlines recently – we now have confirmation of the Agency Workers’ Regulations coming into force in October, 2011, and a new package of family friendly rights coming in April 2011.

All companies, no matter what their size, will be required to provide a pension scheme being phased in from October 2012 and we have new guidelines on managing stress in the workplace.

Finally, an invitation to our seminar looking at the impact for employers of the new equal opportunity legislation under the Equality Act 2010.

Kind regards,

Angela
