 With over 18 years of experience in HR management, Crispin Rhodes' managing director, Angela Rhodes, utilises her personnel background to work with a wide range of businesses. Angela is based in Milton Keynes, in the heart of the UK and has clients throughout the country.
Crispin Rhodes was formed in 1998 to satisfy a growing demand from small to medium sized companies who could not justify full time HR support yet needed to ensure that their policies and procedures complied with legislation. Angela has now built her client list to include Plcs who use her to manage specific projects, allowing their own HR department to continue with day to day personnel matters.

| Melissa Ritchie, HR Associate Consultant |
 Melissa Ritchie is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD). She has over 10 years experience in HR management in service, retail and manufacturing industries. While she believes that “prevention is much better than cure” she has a 100% success rate for the tribunals she has defended on behalf of the employer. Melissa has many years experience helping small businesses with their HR policies and procedures as well as staff development. In contrast she has also managed international development programs for a FTSE 100 company.

| Jean Sargent, HR Associate Consultant and Coach |
 Jean is a coach accredited by the Institute of Human Development with extensive experience in one to one coaching. She specialises in supporting individuals and organisations in making significant transitions in their lives and work. Prior to setting up her professional coaching and HR Consultancy practice, Jean spent fifteen years in HR Management, including leading an HR team and managing change projects within the Retail and Distribution indutry. Jean has previously demonstrated her HR skill in Argos Ltd and Beidersdorf UK Ltd.
From an HR perspective, Jean has lead various major redundancy projects, recruitment drives and restructures where coaching and sound HR skill has played a key part in successful delivery. |
