Legal Right to Itemised Pay Slips

Two new pieces of legislation are due to come into force on 6th April, 2019 under The Employment Rights Act 1996 (Itemised Pay Statement) (Amendment) Order 2018 and also Amendment No. 2.

From this date, all workers will have the right to be provided with an itemised pay statement which they will have the ability to enforce at an hourly basis, the itemised pay slip must contained the number of hours being paid.
