Angela Rhodes, Managing Director
With over 23 years' experience in HR management, Angela is one of the most respected and widely-referred professional HR consultants in the UK. Founder of Crispin Rhodes, she uses her expert know-how to advise a wide range of business clients throughout England and Wales. Her skills lie predominantly in grievance issues, disciplinary cases, redundancy procedures, performance and absence management and recruitment. Her clients also include a number of major UK celebrities. Angela has two sons and lives in Milton Keynes with her husband, Mike, and springer spaniel, Zorro. She enjoys watching rugby.

Sharon Pugh, Partner
Sharon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and with a background of HR Management in the private sector for some eight years, she understands the needs of both clients and employees alike. Sharon specialises in employee engagement, performance, learning and development - both writing and delivering courses - and encompasses a wide range of experience in employee relations. With her passion for integrating positivity and wellbeing into the workplace, Sharon is able to assist in all your HR needs. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys salsa dancing, is a season ticket holder at Reading FC and has even been known to throw herself out of a 'plane (skydiving for charity).

Melissa Ritchie
Melissa Ritchie, HR Associate Consultant
A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), Melissa has over 10 years' experience in HR management in the service, retail and manufacturing industries. While she believes that prevention is much better than cure, she has a 100% success rate for the tribunals she has defended on behalf of employers. Melissa has many years' experience helping small businesses with HR policies and procedures and also with staff development. In contrast, she has also managed international development programs for a FTSE 100 company. Melissa is based in Northampton and enjoys sailing and skiing.
Julia Coggins
Julia Coggins, HR Associate Consultant
Julia is a Chartered MCIPD qualified graduate with over 16 years in-depth experience of advising and guiding both small and large organisations on a wide variety of human resources and learning and development issues. Julia is a positive and self motivated individual whose strengths include planning, organisation and a close attention to detail. After a productive corporate career, Julia has been a highly sought after Consultant for the last seven years. During her career she has effectively worked on: HR project work; change management programmes; employee relations projects; trade union consultation and negotiation; team development; policy and procedure review work; interim HR management; coaching; complex case work investigations; design and delivery of learning and development solutions; and recruitment and selection issues. Julia is based in Bedfordshire and enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.
Katie Eastwell
Katie Eastwell, Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner
As an occupational health specialist, Katie works with employers to protect the health of their employees and to ensure that they meet all statutory health and safety obligations. She offers a wide range of assessment services, including, fitness for work, pre-employment health, sickness absence management, night worker health and workplace risk (including display screen equipment and manual handling). She also helps clients develop their occupational health and safety policies, plus she offers services in training, health surveillance, first aid and general health advice and can help companies access counselling services, as needed.

Melissa Ritchie
Kim Ford, Office Manager
Kim is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office, including financial management and administrative functions. Her background with Energie Fitness and Abbey National as a PA, Events Manager and Office Manager has provided her with all the experience needed to run our busy office. She has a son and lives in Milton Keynes with her husband, Bob, and her two Labradors.
